Hi there. In this video, we're gonna look at how to upload a file to an existing open service request to begin, navigate to our support page dell dot com forward slash support from the Dell support page.
Ensure you're logged into your account before continuing from here. You can either type your service request number in the support search box.
Click on the view service request option or click on the support dropdown and click on service requests and dispatch status into your service request number or service tag of the system.
The tag is referring to once found, you will see the details from your service request and on the right, you can see the option to upload files. These files can be screenshots or logs used to assist our agents to understand and resolve your issue and that's it.
