Welcome to Dell Tech Support. In this video, we’ll go over the steps for performing a part replacement on your Dell PC. What you want to do is slide the latch to the left, to unlock and remove the battery.

Now, using a scribe or a flathead screwdriver, press the keyboard latches and pry out the keyboard. Then, unplug and remove keyboard. Once replaced, your PC should be ready to be used again. Thanks for watching.
