Welcome to Dell Tech Support. In this video we'll go over the steps for performing a part replacement on your Dell PC. First, unscrew and remove bottom base.

Now unscrew battery. Next, unscrew and remove battery. Now unscrew hard drive caddy. Then, disconnect and remove hard drive. Now disconnect hard drive adaptor. Then, unscrew and remove caddy. Once replaced, your PC should be ready to be used again.
