In this video we will demonstrate how to manually register your Wyse Software thin client to Wyse Management Suite using Wyse Device Agent.
While this video covers manual registration, you can also automatically register your thin client using the auto discovery option. Before you begin, ensure that you log in to WyseAdmin account on the Wyse Software thin client.
To begin, go to system tray and double-click the Wyse Device Agent application on your Wyse Software thin client. From the Management Server drop-down list, select Wyse Management Suite.
Enter the server address, port number and the group token in the respective fields. Then click Register. After the registration is complete, the Wyse Device Agent application closes automatically.
To view the license type of your Wyse Software thin client, log in to the Wyse Management Suite cloud server. Then, go to Portal Administration and click Subscription.
You can view type of license and the expiration date of the license. You can also view the number of Wyse Software thin clients registered to Wyse Management Suite.
