Here's how to find your Monitor or Projector Service Tag or Serial Number. Most monitors sold before 2016 don't have a service tag. If you bought the monitor as part of a system, you can give the tag from your PC.
You may also need the 20 character monitor serial number to make a warranty claim. It's usually on the back of the monitor, or on a pull out card by the USB ports. If you monitor does have a seven character service tag, or 11 digit express service code you'll find it on the same sticker.
If you bought the monitor stand alone, and it doesn't have a tag, you can help us find your details by having the order number ready. You'll find the order number on your invoice. For projectors you'll find the tag on the underside, or in the bag.
