Hi there. In this video, we'll have a look at how to collect Power Vault support logs via the Power Vault Manager. To begin, log into your Power Vault manager portal using your admin name and password. Once logged in and on the dashboard, click on the maintenance tab at the left of the screen.
To access the collect logs page, click on the support option and click on the Collect logs tab at the top of the page. From here, populate the required fields and once finished, click on collect logs.
The log collection will begin and can take several minutes to complete. Once completed, click on the OK button. Wait briefly, and a compressed zip file will be downloaded to your browser's default download folder. This zip file can be sent to a Dell support representative to help resolve any open cases.
