You should also follow these steps if you are permanently relocating your system to a new country. You will need the name of the previous owner and zip code.
If you do not have them, visit dell.com/support and search for "SLN143036" for guidance. To start the ownership transfer, select 'Support', 'Warranty and Support Services' then 'Ownership Transfer'.
Enter your service tag, and click 'Continue'. Enter the previous owner's details. Select how the system will be used, then enter the new owner details. Read the Terms and Conditions, check the box, then click 'Continue' to submit. Thanks for watching!
