Did you know that you can quickly replace an item from your Dell dot com purchase for a similar item through our website? It's easy to submit the request online in just a few clicks, go to dell dot com slash orderup support and check if you are on the correct region on the right top of the page type in your order number and then click on, find my order, scroll down on your account page and under actions, select return slash replace items from there, select the replace option.
If you have more than one product, select the product you would like to replace and click on next. Now choose a reason for the replacement and share in the comments section. The reason why you want to replace your system. This field is mandatory to help us understand what happened.
You must upload an image of the item you received, then click on next, select your preferred replacement method and fill out the form. Review your information before submitting after clicking submit, you will see your replacement details displayed on a confirmation page. You will also receive a confirmation email with all the details about your replacement. You can track the status of your replacement using the order number on your account page.
