How to gather a technical support to report TSR from ID P A appliance using the Idrac interface reference Dell Knowledge article 126308 Idrac nine support assist utility can create a support to assist collection, also known as technical support report.
TSR Idrac provides an application interface for gathering information that enables support services to resolve problems. Open the Idrac web interface and log in in the IDR interface. Click on the maintenance tab now click on support assist. Click on the button, start a collection here. You can select the data to collect, select the storage logs. If the logs are being gathered for support, please select the system information and debug logs as well.
Click the collect button to start gathering the data. Once complete, you can click on the button save and view in the left pane. Click on storage, you can view the TSR log which can be sent to support as needed reference the following. For more information.
