Choose how you want to pay for the support session with one of our software specialists. This will help us estimate the timing in which your payment will be processed, select the required time slot and click on next.
Add any details of the issue into the text box to help us best assist you. Check the box next to I have read and understand and then click add to cart. Please keep the following in mind.
Have your system nearby and accessible for our software expert to resolve your issue. If the expert is not able to reach you at the phone number you provided, you will receive an email where you can reschedule the call at a time that is convenient for you.
We may need to reinstall a copy of the original operating system during the repair. The reinstallation of the operating system can result in data loss.
