How to Replace Coldswap PSU for PowerEdge T150

Watch this video to learn how to remove and install the coldswap power supply unit on the Dell EMC PowerEdge T150.

Follow the safety guidelines listed in the Safety instructions.
Follow the procedure listed in Before working inside your system:
Power off the system and all attached peripherals.
Disconnect the system from the electrical outlet, and disconnect the peripherals.
Remove the system cover.
Disconnect the power cable from the system board.
Disconnect all the power dongle cable from the D12 PSU cable tie from the system board.

Removing the power supply unit:
Remove the screws securing the PSU to the system.
Slide and lift the PSU toward the front of the system.

Installing the power supply unit:
Place the D12 PSU in the system and slide it toward the back of the system until it is fully seated.
Tighten the screws to secure the PSU to the system.
Bundle the PSU cable with equal interval spaces between cable tie.

Connect the power cable and the power dongle cable on the system board connectors.
Follow the procedure listed in After working inside your system:
Replace the system cover.
Reconnect the peripherals and connect the system to the electrical outlet, and then power on the system.
