This video demonstrates how to view the health of your PC fleet. In Connect and manage, you can view the health of your PC fleet and identify the PCs that need your attention for corrective actions. After you deploy SupportAssist for Business PCs, the health of your PC fleet can be viewed from various pages in Connect and manage. When you navigate to Connect and manage, the Overview page is displayed by default. The Health widget displays the health score of your PC fleet and the number of PCs that are healthy, unhealthy, and those that need your attention.
You can click a specific category to view more information on the Inventory page. In the Trend section, a trend chart for PCs that are healthy, needs attention, and unhealthy is displayed. You can view the trends for a specific day or a week, and by PCs or health score. Click segments in the chart to see additional details on the Inventory page. The health data is also available for a specific PC. When you click a service tag on the Inventory page, the PC overview section displays the health score and status of the PC in the Health widget.
In the Trend section, you can view the trend chart that describes the performance of that PC. Click segments in the chart to view the PC usage and PC events information. The PC usage section provides an overview of the PC utilization and performance, whereas the PC events section provides an overview of the events that occurred on the PC.
