Dell Services are available all around the world and Dell International Services offers the security of knowing you can receive service and support when you travel with your Dell product outside your home country.
Dell International Support is best effort subject to local availability of parts and labor. Country specific parts such as keyboards are not typically available outside the home country.
For support during international travel, select the country where you are staying on the Contact Technical Support page and enter your service tag number. Choose International Support to access phone options for the traveling country. Note that if an asset is not sold in that country, support will not be available until you turn home.
Attention: Alienware customers who require International Warranty Services in mainland China (excluding Hong Kong, Taiwan, and Macao) must provide the following documents to receive the repair service: Proof of purchase such as purchase receipt, official order, delivery note, sales memo, or invoice; and proof of a purchaser who is traveling (passport with a valid visa to or from the country where the product was purchased).
