Ensure your laptop is plugged in and run a full system scan using SupportAssist to check for outdated drivers and optimize your PC. Install any updates found, restart your computer, and it will boot into Windows as usual.
If you're using a laptop, make sure it stays connected to the charger during this process. Click on the Windows “Start” button to search for and open SupportAssist. In the “Home” tab, select “Full system scan” and press “Start.” SupportAssist will scan and optimize your PC by searching for outdated drivers and identifying possible issues.
If an error is found after the scan, follow the SupportAssist recommendations to address it or contact us via one of the options on our website. If any updated drivers are found, click on “View updates” and then “Install.” SupportAssist will download and install the pending updates. The computer will require a restart to finish the process. When the installation is complete, the system will boot into Windows as normal.
