First, you’ll be prompted to select your country or region. Once you do, click on ‘yes’. The next screen will allow you to choose your keyboard configuration. Once you select it, click yes. You can also add a second keyboard configuration if needed. If not, click on ‘skip’.
Next, you’ll need to connect the system to the internet. Choose your network and click on connect. If the network is protected, you’ll need to type in the security key. Once connected, hit next. Windows will then proceed to check for updates which might take a few seconds. After this, review the license agreement, and click on ‘accept’.
You will then be prompted to name your device. Once you’ve chosen a name, click ‘next’ and the computer will restart.
After the restart, you will need to choose whether to set up this device for personal use or for work or school. Click next when you’ve made your selection.
On the next screen, you’ll be asked to log in with your Microsoft account. Click on ‘sign in’ once you’ve entered the username and password for your account. If you do not already have a Microsoft account, you can create one from this page. Simply, click on ‘Create one’ and follow the instructions.
