How to replace the Fan Assembly for your Dell LATITUDE 5480

This video will demonstrate replacement procedure of the Fan Assembly for your Dell LATITUDE 5480.

Welcome to Dell Tech Support.

In this video we’ll go over the steps for performing a part replacement on your Dell PC. Remove base cover screws. Then use fingers to pry apart and remove base cover.

Now unscrew and disconnect battery. Then unscrew and disconnect hard drive. Then remove chassis screws. Next disconnect cables to release and remove chassis frame. Then disconnect and remove cooling fan. Once replaced, your PC should be ready to be used again.
