The DellCast is a powerful tool for extending your Dell Venue with Android to virtually any display supporting an HDMI input. This video will guide you through conencting your DellCast to a display.
Before you begin, you'll need the following: A Display with an HDMI port A DellCast device A powered USB port or a USB power adapter Locate an unused HDMI port on your display and connect your Dellcast to it directly. Connect a USB to micro-USB cable to a powered USB port.
Then connect it to the micro-USB port on the side of the DellCast. Your DellCast should now be displaying on your screen. If your display isn't showing, check the default input on your display and ensure it's set to the correct HDMI input. If your DellCast still isn't showing, confirm the USB cable is connected to the correct port on the DellCast.
