In this video, we will demonstrate how you can migrate files and settings from multiple user accounts on your old PC. Dell Migrate enables you to migrate files and settings from any PC running the Windows operating system to a Dell PC. For steps to migrate your data, see the video titled Getting started with Dell Migrate. You can migrate your data by logging in to your old and new PCs with the same or different user accounts.
After you pair your PCs, if Dell Migrate detects that you have logged in using different user accounts on your old and new PCs, you are prompted to confirm if you want to continue the migration. On your new PC, click Continue to perform the migration. After the migration is complete, click Migrate more data to migrate the data from a different user account on your old PC. Sign out and sign-in to the other user account on your old PC.
Repeat the steps to migrate the data of all the user accounts on your old PC. For any assistance with migrating your files and settings using Dell Migrate, contact Dell technical support.
