How to replace Hard Drives and Carrier for PowerEdge R530

This video will demonstrate the replacement procedure of a Hard Drives and Carrier for the PowerEdge R530.

Prerequisites
Keep the Phillips #1 screwdriver ready.
Remove the hot swappable hard drive carrier from the system.

Removing a hard drive from a hard drive carrier:
Remove the screws from the slide rails on the hard drive carrier.
Lift the hard drive out of the hard drive carrier.

Installing a hard drive into a hard drive carrier
Insert the hard drive into the hard drive carrier with the connector end of the hard drive toward the back of the carrier.
Align the screw holes on the hard drive with the screws holes on the hard drive carrier.
When aligned correctly, the back of the hard drive is flush with the back of the hard drive carrier.
Attach the screws to secure the hard drive to the hard drive carrier.

Install the hot swappable hard drive carrier.
