How to Remove an Inspiron 7560 Keyboard

This video shows the procedure for removal and replacement of the Keyboard in your Inspiron 7560

Welcome to Del Tech support.

In this video. We'll go over the steps for performing a part replacement on your Dell PC. First unscrew then remove bottom base, then unscrew and remove battery.

Now unscrew and disconnect antenna cables, then separate clips and remove memory. Now unscrew and disconnect cooling fan. Next loosen captive screws and remove heat sink.

Now unscrew and remove SSD next unscrew and disconnect hard drive, then unscrew and disconnect data board. Now disconnected or remove speakers, then unscrew and disconnect touch pad, then unscrew and disconnect led circuit board. Now disconnect motherboard cables, then unscrew and remove display assembly.

Next unscrew and remove motherboard, then unscrew and remove DC jack. The remaining piece is the palm rest keyboard assembly. Once replaced, your PC should be ready to be used again.
