How to replace SMB Essentials in FluidFS for Dell FS8600/FS8700

This video will demonstrate the replacement procedure of SMB Essentials in FluidFS for the Dell FS8600-FS8700.

Before you can create an SMB share, you must have a volume to create the shares on. If you've not done this, you'll need to create the volume. Before you proceed, select the cluster, you'd like to create the SMB shares on. Then click on the file systems tab right, click SMB shares and select create SMB shares.

Then select the volume. You would like to create the shares on enter the share name and the path, the path is the folder in which this share will be created. Confirm that access based enumeration is enabled to prevent users from seeing folders and files. They do not have rights to the SMB share is now created and you can access the folders.
