This video will show: How to find out basic information about an Integrated Data Protection Appliance (IDPA), such as model number, serial number, IP address, service tag information, etc.
To find basic information of an IDPA Appliance, please perform the following. Access the ACM user interface. In the Dashboard, at "Home" tab, scroll the pointer to the top-right corner.
Now, click on the "PDF" icon to download the current configuration. A PDF file will be generated, which will show basic information about the IDPA Appliance, such as model and serial number, components version, IP addresses and other system info.
To find the service tag information, please open the iDRAC Web interface and log in. In the iDRAC Dashboard, you can view the system information which includes service tag info as well.
Also, you can go to the "System" tab and view the system component information in detail. Reference the following for more information. Thank you for watching.
