How to replace a memory module (DIMM) of a PowerScale F200 or F600

This video is a step-by-step guide on how to replace a memory module (DIMM) on your PowerScale F200 or F600.

To replace a memory module on an F200 or F600 PowerScale follow these instructions: First we need to Remove the top cover To do this, unlock the screw and release the latch.

Then lift off the cover Now remove the air shroud. Lift it up on the tabs on both sites. Now press the release latches of the DIMM slot. Then pull out the memory module.

Install the new module. Push down the DIMM to secure it. If done correctly, the release latches will be back in their secured position. Now click the air shroud back into place. Seat the cover on the pin and close the latch. then lock the screw again.
