This video shows: How to replace the fan on a PowerEdge T150. Before you begin, power off the system and disconnect all the attached peripherals.

To begin, you must first remove the system cover and then the fan. Starting with the system cover, lift the release latch and remove the system cover.
Now, for the fan, first disconnect the power cable. Stretch the grommets and hold the fan by the sides, and slide it out of the grommet. Repeat the same procedure to release the fan from the remaining grommets.
To replace the fan, align and insert the four grommets of the fan with the holes on the system. Make sure to first install the lower two grommets.
Now, stretch the grommets and push the fan toward the system until is secured in place. And then reconnect the power cable. Next, align the system cover on the slots of system, and then press the cover until it clicks into place.
