Welcome to Dell tech support. In this video, we'll go over the steps for performing a part replacement on your Dell PC. First unscrew, then remove bottom base. Then unscrew and disconnect battery. Then separate clips and remove memory. Next to unscrew and remove bracket and PCIE SSD.
Now unscrew and disconnect wireless card. Now unscrew and disconnect heat sink. Now unscrew and remove bracket and display cable. Then disconnect motherboard cables. Now unscrew and remove memory bracket. Next to unscrew and remove motherboard.
Now unscrew and remove keyboard bracket. Next, disconnect and remove keyboard. Once replaced, your PC should be ready to be used again.
