Find Your Printer Service Tag

Here's how to find your printer Service Tag. You'll usually find the 7-character tag and 11-digit Express Service Code on the back of the printer, and also in the toner or ink cartridge bay.

Some stickers may only have the Service Tag. Most models can display the tag on their screen. If you print the settings report, you'll find the tag there too.

To find the tag of a network printer remotely, enter the printer IP address in your browser address bar. It's usually under "Printer Information".
