PERC ECC Memory Errors

Older PERC firmware versions may experience ECC memory errors. Updating to the latest firmware resolves this, but you must perform a cold boot after updating. KB Article click here.

Some older PERC firmware versions may experience ECC memory errors. To avoid this, update to the latest firmware. Please note that after updating you must perform a cold reboot.

A warm reboot or system reset will not activate the updated memory settings, and the errors may still occur. Cold reboot the system to fully complete the update.
