This video demonstrates the manual process to apply and activate licenses during initial configuration of an IDPA appliance. The manual license activation feature enables you to upload the license files and activate licenses on the IDPA configuration page.
To manually apply licenses post IDPA Deployment on IDPA Components like Avamar, Data Protection Advisor and Data Domain please refer to the Knowledgebase Article 158138. While configuring the IDPA appliance please perform the following actions.
In the welcome page select the optional components that you want to install then click Next. In the License page click Browse on sections Protection Storage Backup Server and Reporting and Analytics.
The Open dialog box is displayed. Locate and select the licenses for the respective point products and click Open. The green tick appearing next to Browse indicates that the licenses are activated. Please reference the following for more information.
