Dell International Support

Dell Services are available all around the world and Dell International Services offers the security of knowing you can receive service and support when you travel with your Dell product outside your home country.

Dell International Support is best effort subject to local availability of parts and labor. Country specific parts such as keyboards are not typically available outside the home country.
If a product is not sold in the traveling country, you will not get the support in that country. To get support you should get back to the product purchased country.

Please note customers with Alienware, Inspiron, G-Series and XPS systems shipping from 13 مارس, 2017, with Basic Warranty, will no longer have International Warranty Service when traveling or relocating outside the original country of purchase. An exception to this policy applies for customers travelling or relocating to Brazil or Argentina, or where no entitlements are sold.
