Resolution

Alert ID RESOURCE_BALANCER_DRS_CONFIG_RECOVERING
Alert Text VMware DRS service configuration became invalid. Recovery started.
Error Code (0x00A00502)
Description PowerStore vSphere cluster Distributed Resource Scheduler (DRS) service is misconfigured. Resource balancer and Non-Disruptive Upgrade (NDU) services require a valid DRS service configuration.
DRS service must be turned on and DRS automation level should be set to partially automated. The system is attempting to setup the required DRS service configuration. In case of a failure, the alert will be raised until the issue is fixed. 
Resolution Cause
PowerStore vSphere cluster DRS service configuration became invalid. System is unable to fix configuration automatically.

Solution
Try to restore required DRS service configuration: Turn on DRS service for PowerStore cluster in vSphere and set DRS automation level to partially automated.
See Enable vSphere HA and vSphere DRS in a Cluster and Edit Cluster Settings. Configuring the DRS with automation level to partially automated is required, other parameters should stay with default values.
