Before starting an import, run "verify and update" from PowerStore Manager -> Migration -> Import External Storage on source array. If host I/O is interrupted a reboot of the host might be required. Contact the technical support if the issue remains. |

Also, ensure that connectivity between destination and source has not been interrupted. If the import is in CLEANUP_REQUIRED state, execute the cleanup option to restore the source volume back to normal so that import can be retried. Before starting an import, run "verify and update" from PowerStore Manager -> Migration -> Import External Storage on source array which indicates status of the data path connectivity. |
