To help address the rising challenges around e-waste, Dell Technologies and Goodwill®, have partnered up to offer Dell Reconnect. This partnership provides consumers and small businesses with a free and convenient way to recycle their used tech while helping people in our communities receive skills training and job opportunities. In addition, it supports the circular economy by recovering materials from used electronics to make new technology through Dell’s closed-loop process.

The Dell Reconnect program explained

In 2004, Dell Technologies and Goodwill® partnered to provide consumers and small businesses with a convenient way to responsibly recycle their old technology for free.

For nearly 20 years, this program has helped protect the environment while supporting communities by providing skills training and employment opportunities for people in the United States.

Today, Dell Technologies partners with 72 Goodwill entities across the US to provide this free service that accepts any brand of electronics, in any condition, at more than 2,000 drop-off locations in 44 states.
