The State of Florida has authorized all government entities within the State of Florida to purchase all products offered under the Dell WSCA/NASPO contract #AR620.

All products and services offered under the Dell Master Price Agreement number AR620 may be purchased. All purchase orders issued by purchasing entities must include the State of Florida Alternate Contract Source number 43220000-WSCA-14-ACS; and the Dell WSCA/NASPO Master Price Agreement number AR620. In order to procure products and services hereunder, Eligible Users shall issue purchase orders or use a Purchasing Card which shall reference this ACS.

Leasing Agreements:  Agencies may lease equipment through alternative financing arrangements other than through the State of Florida Consolidated Equipment Financing Program (CEFP).  This option is governed by sections 287.063 and 287.064, Florida Statutes, and Rule 69I-3, Florida Administrative Code.  The Department of Financial Services (DFS) Finance and Leasing Section will review proposed leases to determine compliance with all requirments and to ensure leases are economical and cost effective.  A completed Checklist - Approval to Lease Equipment form must be submitted to DFS.
