SXSW Show and Tell: End-to-End Technology Solutions from Dell

Each spring since 1987, Dell's hometown of Austin, TX, sees an influx of creative people – initially from the music industry, but now they are joined by others from education, interactive and film – as they meet and share ideas at the South by Southwest Conference and Festival (SXSW).

Michael Dell seated on stage at Dell WorldDuring this dawning of a new age at Dell and as we focus on returning to our entrepreneurial roots, more than ever we look forward to the opportunity SXSW brings us to connect with its visionary attendees. Among the many Dell activities this year, is an insightful panel on entrepreneurism led by our founder and CEO Michael Dell.

In his post announcing the news todayDirector of the SXSW Interactive Festival Hugh Forrest noted the "Texas-born entrepreneur has helped create the magnetic pull that continues to draw so much top talent to the city." And while that may be true, his discussion will highlight how our customers like  Carley Roney (co-founder and Chief Content Officer of XO Group, the parent company of TheKnot); Stephen Kaufer, (co-founder and CEO of TripAdvisor); and Jeff Housenbold (CEO of Shutterfly) have scaled their successful businesses around the world.

If you plan to be in Austin during SXSW this year, we invite you to join us for a variety of events throughout the festival.
