Ryan Hicks serves as Sr. Manager of the Cloud and Virtualization Practice within the Dell EMC Global Technology Office. Ryan brings more than 20 years of Information Technology experience and has served in the past as an Advisory Systems Engineer embracing data protection, our culture, and our customers.
Throughout his career, Ryan has held a number of leadership roles in sales, engineering, and consulting. Prior to joining Dell EMC, he held leadership roles at a number of our Platinum Partners. Operating as a Vice President at RoundTower Technologies, Ryan was responsible for business development, go-to-market strategy, pre-sales, and technical functions within the Storage, Virtualization, Network, Compute, Security, and Data Protection Practices. He held a similar role at Pivot Technologies as the Director of Professional Services responsible for Pre & Post Sales Engineering teams. Mr. Hicks brings a wealth of industry experience and spent 7 years at Cisco Systems as a Systems Engineer and Collaboration Technical Lead in the South Eastern US where he was responsible for customer architectures and solutions across Data Center, Collaboration, and Borderless Networks.
Ryan currently resides in Palm Beach Gardens, Florida with his wife and three children. He enjoys time outdoors with his family, making music, and college football.
