How to Download Software

Download your digital content.

Digital downloads are a convenient, fast, and easy way to access computer software.
Follow below steps to start using your purchase right away and begin enjoying it.

Sign in to download your software

1. Please select your desired software title and add it to your cart. Go to dell.com and if you do not already have an account, select Create Account; if you're not already signed in, select Sign in.

2. After completing your purchase, you will receive three emails from Dell:
a) The first Order Received email will confirm your Dell order has been received.

b) The second Order Confirmation email will confirm your Dell order has been confirmed.

c) The third email is the Dell Digital Locker Order email, which contains instructions on how to download your software. You will receive your Dell Digital Locker Order email within the next 24 - 48 hours. Please check your email titled 'Dell Digital Locker' to redeem your software.

3. Select Dell Digital Locker to access the Dell Digital Locker - Software & Licenses.

4. Select Actions and Get Details to copy your License Key (Note: Do not use primary ID) and log into the third party account. For example, if you purchased Microsoft software, you would need to log into your Microsoft account. If you purchased Adobe software, you would need to log into your Adobe account.

Alternatively, select Available Downloads and click the Download button to gain access to the third party account.

5. Create an account or sign in directly to the third party account. Copy and paste your License Key (if not auto detected) to redeem your software. The License Key may be called a slightly different name, such as Product Keys or Redemption Codes, on the third party account.
