    • Employee Resource Groups (ERGs) are the connective tissue of our culture. They are the vehicle by which our team members connect beyond their daily work. ERGs also serve as a great tool for increasing global cross-cultural understanding and communication skills that provide a critical advantage, benefiting both our team members and our customers. They are essential to how we drive connection and engagement for our people.
