Bill Green joined the Dell Technologies Board of Directors in September 2016.

Green served as a partner, chairman of the board and chief executive officer of Accenture for nearly twenty years. After his time at Accenture, he served as a director of EMC and is currently chairman of GTY Technology Holdings. Green is also a member of the board of S&P Global.

The Dell Technologies Board of Directors selected Green to serve because of his leadership and operating experience, deep understanding of the information technology industry and broad international business expertise.
