At Dell, we recognize that customers are looking for printers and consumables that are easier to manage, and we’re excited to introduce new services to help address this need. Dell Print Services, including Dell Toner Monitoring Service and Dell Print Page Service, are easy to deploy and scale, giving mid-market customers flexibility in how they procure and manage print expenditures. Dell Print Services help to make print environments more efficient by enabling companies to improve staff productivity and reduce the complexity of user support.
Replenishment of printer consumables is a critical yet sometimes overlooked area of a business’s infrastructure. Dell’s new print solutions will bring customers simplicity, convenience and peace of mind via worry-free, automatic toner replenishment from a trusted partner.
We understand that not all businesses have the same needs, so we’re providing flexible options for payment. The Dell Toner Monitoring Service allows customers to pay on a per-cartridge basis while the Dell Print Page Service allows for a pay per-page (with a base charge and monthly billing). Customers are free to choose whichever method works best for their business.
The new Dell Print Services are phasing in with a limited rollout in the UK and US, with a broader launch of services in other countries scheduled for 2014.
The following printer models are supported by these new services:
Dell Mono Printers: B2360dn, B3460dn, B5460dn
Dell Mono Multifunction Printers: 2335dn, 2355dn, B2375dnf, B2375dfw, B3465dnf, B5465dnf

The Dell Document Hub cloud service allows users to share, create, and print across many common cloud document platforms, while the new lineup of multifunction printers helps users easily digitize documents and unlock value from hardcopy content for digital collaboration.
