Konark Paul is a Senior Data Scientist in the Services Operations Applied Science organization. He has developed and deployed multiple data science and machine learning solutions for Services, in the focus areas of case management, enterprise deployment and customer support, to name a few. Konark is passionate about solving business problems in collaboration with cross functional teams using data science. He is well versed in balancing business perspectives with the technical rigor of Data Science.
Konark’s key strengths are in building and scaling ML and AI proof-of-concepts to production solutions with a focus on generating actionable tasks in addition to model predictions using interpretable machine learning concepts. His research and interest areas are Natural Language Processing / Understanding , Explainable AI, Knowledge Distillation, Applied acoustics, Adverserial attacks and its defense. He has published works in esteemed journals like Neurocomputing, Applied Acoustics and prestigious machine learning conferences like IEEE International Joint Conference on Neural Networks (IEEE IJCNN) and INTERSPEECH.
Konark is a two-time recipient of the coveted Services President’s Award and has also filed a patent application with the US patent office for Dell.
