Victor has been building complex technical solutions for the past 24 years in the fields of service provider start-ups, early 4G mobile technology, financial services, custom factory workflow, and now proactive, predictive client fleet management. He is passionate about delivering tools that reduce customer effort and create opportunities to keep Dell client systems running at their best. When he’s not leading teams at Dell to build an always evolving SupportAssist for home and business PC experience – you can find him south of the border leading his local youth group to build houses.
