The Open Telecom Transformation Program

The Open Telecom Transformation Program combines our telecom portfolio, transformation experience and partnerships to drive innovation.

The telecommunications landscape is evolving faster than ever, driven by the demand for scalable, agile, and future-ready networks. To stay competitive, Communications Service Providers (CSPs) must modernize their operations and adopt open, horizontal cloud-native architectures.

At Dell Technologies, we understand that sometimes this is much easier said than done. Transformation requires new technologies, new skills, and new ways of thinking, which may seem risky, but we believe the far greater risk is to stick with the status quo. If you do, your systems will remain inflexible and your opportunity for gains in efficiency, agility and revenue growth will be compromised. To help you chart a clear path toward transformation and act with speed and confidence, we have launched the Open Telecom Transformation Program.

What is the Open Telecom Transformation Program?

The Open Telecom Transformation Program integrates our decades of enterprise transformation experience, our groundbreaking telecom portfolio, and our partnerships across the open telecom ecosystem. The program will provide CSPs with the tools, guidance, technologies and support they need to succeed, regardless of their stage in the transformation journey.

Here’s How It Works:

The program is built around four key steps:

  1. Advisory Services for Telecom Cloud
Together, we design a comprehensive, customized roadmap for your transition to a cloud-native network. This process involves an in-depth infrastructure assessment to understand your current capabilities, tailored recommendations to bridge gaps and a strategic vision built around your unique business goals. Our advisory services provide the guidance you need to make informed decisions and gain a competitive edge in the telecom industry.
  2. Implementation Services for Telecom Cloud
We are fully aware that as you transform the impact on your business needs to be minimal. Our expert team, supported by an extensive partner ecosystem, ensures a smooth transition to the cloud. From initial planning to full-scale deployment, we focus on efficiency and scalability, enabling your transformation to meet current and future demands. Our implementation services minimize downtime while ensuring your network is ready to deliver high performance from day one.
  3. Support and Adoption Services for Telecom Cloud
Transformation takes a team so we offer Dell-certified specialists who can provide proactive AI-driven maintenance and 24/7 carrier-grade support. We can help you adopt new technologies effectively by empowering your workforce with the operational expertise to confidently manage and evolve your network. We provide training, resources and ongoing assistance to ensure your teams are equipped to handle any challenges that arise.
  4. Managed Services for Telecom Cloud
Operational efficiency is the cornerstone of a successful telecom network. With advanced tools like multicloud orchestration, automated issue resolution and real-time monitoring, Dell’s Managed Services delivers unmatched scalability, observability and cost optimization. From day-to-day operations to long-term strategic management, our services ensure your network remains agile, efficient, and ready to adapt to changing business needs.
