Campaign overview :

Receive coupon based on the slab value (show below) for the total value of your online transaction (Including tax) as a discount for your next purchase. The coupon will be sent to the email registered on the Dell website. The discount is applicable for your next transaction at Dell and is valid for 60 days upon receipt of the coupon. How it works:

1.Buy at Dell.co.in
All of your transactions above ₹35000/- will generate a discount coupon based on the slab value (show below) until ₹100000/- over this value the coupon will be fixed in ₹5000/- valid for your next purchase. In order to use the coupon on your next purchase, the amount to be spent should be ₹15,000 or above.

2.Get your discount:
You will receive your discount coupon to your email within 60 business days after the date of the purchase invoice

3. Use your benefit
Make a new purchase at Dell with your exclusive discount. To use it, simply place an order above ₹15,000 and enter the code in the field indicated in the shopping cart. The coupon will be valid for 60 days after receipt to your registered email address.

4. Coupon Slab Value

Dell Rewards Buy & Get Promotion Terms and Conditions

Subject to these Terms and Conditions, you (“you” or “Customer”) will be eligible to receive a discount coupon valid for your next purchase when you purchase any Dell branded product(s) (excluding software and spare/replacement parts) for a value of at least ₹35,000/- from dell.co.in (the “Promotion”).

1. For any purchase(s) of Dell branded product(s) (excluding software and spare/replacement parts) with a total value of ₹35,000/- or more (including taxes and any delivery rates) made at dell.co.in from June 14, 2024 onwards (“Eligible Purchase”), Customer will receive one (1) discount coupon per order placed and the same will be sent to the e-mail address registered by the Customer on the Dell website. The discount coupon will be issued within sixty (60) business days from the date of invoice of the Eligible Purchase.
2. This Promotion is not open to anyone professionally connected with the Promotion and discount coupons will not be available to Distributors, Resellers or Retailers, or employees of any Dell Technologies companies or employees of Rashi Peripheral or employees of Sanwaria Texpro private limited. This Promotion does not apply to any products purchased from the Dell Outlet store or from any Dell Premier website.
3. You acknowledge that all data provided in connection with this Promotion will be collected and used in accordance with Dell’s Privacy Statement. The Privacy Statement also contains information about how you may opt out of marketing, access, update or correct your information, how you can contact Dell, and any overseas transfer of your information. Your name, contact information and transaction history will only be used in relation to this Promotion.
4. The discount coupon is limited to the slab value (shown in the table below) based on the purchase price for any purchase(s) of Dell branded product(s) at dell.co.in and can be used against Customer’s next purchase of Dell branded products (excluding purchases of Dell branded products from the Dell Outlet store or from any Dell Premier website) priced up to a maximum value of ₹100,000/-. For any purchases above this value, the discount coupon remains fixed for an amount of ₹5,000/- on all Dell branded products.

5. Customers must spend a minimum of ₹15,000 (Including taxes and any delivery rates) on their next Dell purchase to avail the discount coupon. The discount coupon can only be used once and for one single transaction. The discount coupon cannot be used in conjunction with any other discount coupons or promotions. In this context, if Customer has more than one discount coupon, Customer must choose which coupon to use.
6. When making a purchase through the dell.co.in, Customer must enter the discount coupon code in the "Coupons" field on the “Check-Out” page and then select "Apply coupon". The discount will be applied automatically, and the final purchase price will be updated. The Customer must check the purchase price and then only select "Checkout".
7. The discount coupon issued will be valid for sixty (60) calendar days from the date of issue . After this time, the discount coupon expires and will no longer be accepted. The discount coupon’s validity shall not be extended beyond sixty (60) days, under any circumstance.
8. In no event shall Dell provide refund in cash or otherwise of coupons not used in full or in part by the Customer.
9. It is not possible to increase or decrease the value of the discount coupon.
10. In the event of return of an Eligible Purchase product (via cancellation or refund), Customer may not use the discount coupon, if already issued, and if the coupon is still within its sixty (60) days validity. Dell will not accept a new order using the discount coupon since the original purchase has been cancelled.
11. The discount coupon is an advantage to Customer. It is expressly forbidden to resell, draw or carry out activities for other promotional and/or financial purposes in relation to the discount coupon. Proof of such practices will cause the immediate invalidation of the discount coupon and any appropriate legal measures that may subsequently be taken.
12. Under no circumstances will the discount coupon be converted in whole or in part into cash or any other form of financial benefit.
13. The discount coupon is made available by Dell exclusively through the email sent to the Customer’s email ID (provided at the time of purchase) within sixty (60) business days from the date of the purchase invoice. Under no circumstances Customer can request the coupon in advance. In case the Customer does not receive the email, or loses the email containing the discount coupon, the Customer should contact Dell Care and request a replacement discount coupon. However, the Customer may only request coupon if it is still within the sixty (60) days validity.

In no event will Dell be liable for any indirect, consequential, exemplary, incidental, or punitive damages, including lost profits, even if Dell has been advised of the possibility of such damages. 

Miscellaneous

• These Terms and Conditions do not create any legal relationship between you and Dell.
• Dell’s failure to enforce a right does not mean that Dell has waived that right.
• Dell may assign its rights under these Terms and Conditions, but you may not do so.
• These Terms and Conditions, in addition to any other Dell terms you agree to in connection with your purchases or offers you accept, comprise the entire agreement between Dell and you about your participation in the Promotion.
• Dell is not responsible or liable for any technical, hardware, software, server, website, or other failures outside our control that prevents the Customer from participating in the Promotion.
• Dell reserves the right to modify, suspend or cancel the Promotion without any prior notice.
• Acceptance of and use of the discount code by Customer automatically implies acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.

Governing Law and Jurisdiction

This Promotion and these Terms and Conditions will be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, and each party irrevocably agrees to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of Indian courts in relation to all claims arising out of or in connection with this Promotion and these Terms and Conditions.
