We wanted to give a quick recap of some of the IdeaStorm events from last week. We will do this from time-to-time to give the community a small window into idea management here at Dell.
In case you missed it, we had an Idea in Action on three ideas about enhancing Dell support. Cary Gumbert talked with the community about all the improvements Dell ProSupport brings to business customers. Also, we did some housekeeping to update some status tags that were overlooked. In the coming weeks, look for more ideas to be updated (and perhaps a new status tag) as we push action on more of your top ideas.
From StormRoom we heard several different conspiracy theories on the recent site downtime and found out that Jervis actually buys in.
It was a big week for IdeaStorm in the news and the blogosphere. Most notably, we have been an inspiration to the larger Linux community's Brainstorm. Also, IdeaStorm was profiled in a Marketing Daily article about the growing role of technology in brand building and was called out in a blog post about consumer vigilantes
