Karolina manages a global program that focuses on supporting female founders and business owners, ensuring DWEN has representation and reach across the globe. For more than a decade, the Dell Women’s Entrepreneur Network (DWEN) has brought women entrepreneurs together from around the world to help them connect with each other, scale their businesses and ultimately succeed.
Karolina has been at Dell Technologies for more than 15 years, based in Prague, Czech Republic, in a variety of international marketing roles with the last five with DWEN. Karolina holds a B.A. from Rice University in Houston and a M.A. in PR and marketing communications from La Salle University / University of New York in Prague.
