On the 16th January we launched Ask the Expert for the Support Community. Since then it’s been a busy schedule and we have had forum discussions, a Live event (with another on the way) and a Webinar. Events are continuing to run and to that end we have busy schedule of events for our Community members.
We want to grow and expand this initiative across our entire Product Forums.
To that end we’d like to know what would you like us to cover in Ask the Expert?
What hot topic or subject matter area would you like us to cover?
Also would you consider hosting or co hosting an event with one or more or your peers?
Sometimes people are intimidated by the word expert. But lets face it, you the Community members are on the front lines keeping the lights on and getting things done in the Data Center and the Cloud in your businesses. You are an expert in your area. And people want to know what you know and get your help. We want Ask The Expert to be informative, fun and to help people. Most of all Ask the Expert is for the Community and by the Community. This is your initiative and you are the stake holders.
So do let us /me (via private message) know what you want to see on your Ask the Expert Forum. And certainly let us / me know if you want to take the reins by hosting an event by yourself or in a group. And again while it is informative it is supposed to be fun an engaging and yours (the Community’s).
