Marcio Lena is the Director of Application Intelligence Experience for Dell Digital under Technology Transformation Services. He is a Dell and industry veteran with more than 25 years of experience, working with Observability and Monitoring for the past 14 years. Marcio has held various roles in IT, including the design and deployment of global monitoring centers, which take care of the health and stability of all critical applications.
He leads the organization that is responsible for providing development teams with the tools to understand the products they build, thus increasing productivity. In this role, his mission is to deliver cutting-edge, fully self-service and pipeline-ready Application Intelligence/Observability enablement platforms.
