Dave Carlson is the Modern Workforce Global Strategy and Services Product Leader for Dell Technologies where he is responsible for innovating professional services and driving global growth aligned with Modern Workforce industry trends and business needs.

Dave is passionate about driving successful business outcomes for customers with a focus on the employee and enhancing the overall workforce experience. He leads professional services practices which include Digital Employee Experience, Cloud Productivity and Identity, IT Service Management and End User Computing at Dell. He has spoken at numerous industry events and published on topics such as IT strategy, cloud, application portfolio optimization, communication and collaboration, data center consolidation, and end user computing.

Dave graduated from Rutgers University with a BS in Computer Science and holds multiple industry certifications and board positions with leading technology organizations. He resides with his family in New Jersey.
