One-time programmable, read-only public keys provide cryptographic protection against malware tampering, ensuring the integrity of PowerEdge BIOS and iDRAC firmware.

This iDRAC feature blocks server hardware and firmware configuration changes or updates, whether unintentional or malicious. Enablement of this setting can also help prevent configuration “drift” from organisational standards.
