Order before 2pm ET Monday – Friday (except holidays) and Select PCs Ship Out Today.

Subject to the conditions and limitations below. Available in select markets for certain systems sold on Dell.ca. Where available, orders for applicable products received Monday through Friday by 2:00 pm Eastern Time (the “Cutoff Time”) will ship out from Dell’s facilities that same day.

This is not a same day delivery offering. Product leaves the Dell facility on the same day the order is placed. Delivery times vary. For estimated delivery times click on “View Delivery Dates” on the applicable product page and enter your shipping postal code. The estimated delivery date will also be included in your order confirmation E-mail.

  • Available for certain limited configurations of Alienware, Inspiron, XPS and G Series systems only (“Eligible Products”).
  • Your order must be placed, and your method of payment must be successfully charged, before the Cutoff Time.
  • Ability to ship an Eligible Product out from our facilities on the same day it is ordered may be impacted by or become unavailable due to:
    • changes in inventory or carrier / delivery service capacity before you place your order;
    • unforeseen circumstance outside of our control, such as a strike, natural disaster, pandemic, severe weather;
    • busy shopping times such as Black Friday, Cyber Monday and Boxing Day;
    • the order size (i.e. order size limitations may apply); and/or
    • changes that you make to the order after it is placed;
  • Electronics, accessories and other non-eligible items (including other systems) in the same order may ship separately and at separate times and may have different estimated delivery dates.
  • Orders financed through Dell Financial Services may be subject to a verification hold that will impact when an Eligible Product can ship from our facilities and the estimated delivery date of such Eligible Product.

Shipping Details:

Use this shipping and delivery table to help you determine (based on product availability, credit approval, and other factors) when you can expect the scheduled delivery of your order(s) during the holiday season. Refer to the chart to determine which shipping method you should choose.

All orders must be placed and approved by 2:00 P.M. ET on the dates indicated. Expedited and express shipping are not available on all products.

Holiday Extended Returns*

You can shop early with peace of mind with easy returns. This year, we have an extended return: for purchases* made November 1, 2024 to December 25, 2024, the return deadline is extended to January 15, 2025 or 30-days from invoice date, whichever is later.

  • Please note, the shipping method you chose at the time of purchase is applied AFTER your order has completed production/packaging.
  • The Estimated Delivery Date communicated to you at the time of purchase provides you an estimate of when the product will reach you.
Estimated Delivery date is the date that Dell expects your order to reach you. This estimation is calculated based on 3 key factors:

  • Payment method - The amount of time it takes for authorization of the payment varies for different forms of payment such as Credit Cards, Pay Pal, and a Dell Preferred Account.
  • Production/Packing time - This is the time that it will take to assemble and/or pack your order for shipment. The length of time is influenced by the production build time and/or product availability.
  • Shipping Option Selected - It is important to note that this is specifically the estimated time it will take your order to reach you AFTER it has shipped.
  • There will be no notification prior to carrier delivery. The carrier link provided on your Online Order Support will provide the latest delivery information. Do I need to sign for delivery? The Shipment might require a signature depending up on various factors, including product type, price, delivery location Etc.
  • If you are not available to sign for the delivery, you can arrange for another adult to accept the delivery on your behalf –at the same address.
