Will I be notified when my Dell Order is about to be delivered?

Dell is committed to helping ensure your orders arrive on time. Our supply chain has resilience and flexibility built in, which allows us to plan for and address logistics-related disruptions. All carrier networks are overburdened due to the Canada Post strike. Accordingly, some customers may experience shipping delays. In such cases, estimated delivery dates will be adjusted accordingly.

Subject to the conditions and limitations below. Available in select markets for certain systems sold on Dell.ca. Where available, orders for applicable products received Monday through Friday by 2:00 pm Eastern Time (the “Cutoff Time”) will ship out from Dell’s facilities that same day.

This is not a same day delivery offering. Product leaves the Dell facility on the same day the order is placed. Delivery times vary. The estimated delivery date will also be included in your order confirmation E-mail.
